  • We provide you with flat straight-forward monthly pricing customized to your business's specific needs.

    Fees are expected to be less than 2% of your businesses gross revenue. Actual fees vary based on complexity but tend to average between $400 - $1,000 per month.

  • The Core Package includes bookkeeping, CPA review and essential advisory functions.

    Bookkeeping

    Includes handling your month-end and year-end closing processes, maintaining an accurate general ledger, and ensuring that your books are tax-ready, including the preparation and filing of forms 1099.

    All services are performed virtually, with customer service over email, video conference or pre-recorded video. 

    CPA Review

    Expert guidance on complex accounting issues, such as expense capitalization policies and proper account coding.

    Additionally, we perform a professional monthly review of your financial statements, identifying key trends, spotting potential issues, and ensuring compliance and accuracy.

    Advisory

    Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting: We’ll align and provide quarterly reporting on industry standard metrics that matter most for your business . 

    Budgeting & Financial Forecasting: We’ll partner with you to create a clear financial roadmap for your future, helping you build realistic budgets, forecast your cash flow, and confidently allocate resources for growth.

    These Advisory services commence on a schedule agreed to between Client and Accountant following a 45 minute advisory discovery call. KPI reporting will be provided on a quarterly basis. Budgeting and cash flow forecasts are provided annually with quarterly commentary on performance. 

  • The onboarding process is designed to be seamless.

    1 - It begins with a free discovery call to understand your business and challenges.

    2 - If we both agree that we’re a good fit, we’ll perform a Diagnostic review.

    The Fee is $250 which will be credited to your first monthly invoice if you choose to pursue the monthly Core Package service offering. See “New Client Promotions”.

    3 - You’ll then receive a customized proposal and contract with a fixed cost for the ongoing monthly service offering included as part of the Core Package.

    4 - You’ll be asked to make the first monthly payment and upon receipt, you’ll be guided through a simple setup process to provide
    “accountant’s access” to your QuickBooks online account.

    5 - You’ll then receive a document request list that we’ll need to close your books.

    After these initial onboarding efforts, the monthly coordination will be low-touch and seamless.

  • Bookkeeping only services and clean-up services are considered on a case by case basis.

    Bookkeeping services ensure you have accurate and compliant books, but it’s just a pre-requisite to help you strategize for the future.

  • For tax return prep, strategy and planning, we partner with an ex-Google Tax Pro.

    For clients that want Bookkeeping, Advisory and Tax services, this tag-team approach provides for a seamless customer experience.

    We do not offer the following services: receipt management, invoicing, bill pay, sales and use tax and fixed asset management.

    Additionally, while we don’t perform payroll processing we’ll manage the integration with your payroll partner (eg Gusto, ADP).
